Please remember we are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. A credit card is required upon scheduling regardless of if you have a gift certificate. The credit card holds your appointment and will only be charged if you cancel/ reschedule and it coincides with our cancelation policy.
After scheduling your appointment through our Vagaro site, Vagaro will send you a text/email to fill out an intake form (for each separate appointment) asking what your goal is for that days massage and the option to add any upgrades! If you do not receive an intake and cancelation form via text/ email, please call us so we can try again. An initial intake must be filled out prior to any massage session.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time, so you can rest and relax your feet on our Himalayan salt domes. Please silence your cell phone and Shhh… as other clients are in session.
Please remember all of our therapists are independent and take their own form of payment. That credit card that is withheld in Vagaro helps protect us from last minute cancellations, rescheduling and no call- no shows.
All services whether scheduled online, over the phone, or in the studio, require a credit card to to hold the reservation. Please note- the card will NOT be charged, unless the service is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours prior to the appointment or in the case that the client does not show. Cancelation charges consist of ALL reasons including but not limited to: illness (including Covid), injury, scheduling conflicts, work, ect.
- 50% within 24 hrs (typically this may include cancelations the day before the service or if a client cancels the morning of the service)
- 100% for last minute or no call/ no show.
All cancelation charges are at the Therapists discretion. Sometimes we are able to fill the spot, yet most times it’s near impossible. You may send someone in your place to avoid any cancelation fees.
We wholeheartedly understand all circumstances, yet please understand our Therapists have planned their day (inside and outside the studio) around their appointments. We have always expressed complete compassion for our clients, extended our hours, came in on our scheduled days off, rearranged our personal plans, ect so we may accommodate the needs and wants of our clients. We are invested in our clients as well as the massage & bodywork that we provide. We know that by implementing this we will weed out all those who do not respect us or our time as professionals and the leniency that we have expressed for over half a decade now.
We appreciate your understanding and hope that this doesn’t deter anyone from scheduling with us.
