Because of our high volume of bookings, it is best to schedule 3 weeks in advance. Couples are 4 weeks or more recommended to make sure you get your desired timeslot.

Please know that evenings and weekends are our busiest times as they are the first to get booked. The more advanced notice the more options you will have regarding open dates and times.

All services, whether scheduled online, in studio or over the phone, require a credit card to hold the reservation. The card will only be charged in cases where you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, same day, or if the client does not show up for their appointment. Cancelation charges consist of all reasons not limited to: illness (including Covid), injury, scheduling conflicts, work, etc. All cancelation charges are at the discretion of the Therapist. Sometimes we are able to fill the spot, yet most times it is near impossible. The client may send someone in their place to avoid a cancelation charge.

We wholeheartedly understand all circumstances, although please understand our Therapists have planned their day (inside & outside the studio) around their appointments. We have always expressed complete compassion for our clients (new & current), extended our hours, came in on days off, rearranged our personal plans, etc so that we may accommodate the needs and wants of our clients. We are invested in our clients as well as the massage & bodywork that we provide. We know that by implementing this policy, we will weed out all those who do not respect us, our time as professionals, and the leniency we have expressed over the many years we’ve been serving the community.
 
We appreciate your understanding and hope this does not deter anyone from scheduling with us.

During your massage, you will be asked to undress to the level of your comfort. The Therapist will leave the room at this time and the client is to lay on the table between a top and bottom sheet. Our draping protocols require that only one area of the body be exposed at a time while that is the area of the body we will be working on. Private areas are to absolutely never be exposed at any time. No exceptions.

Each therapist is independent and therefore takes their own payments for their clients. All therapists take cash & credit cards.

Venmo, CashApp, Paypal and Zelle differ between all the therapists. Please talk with your therapist for your preferred payment options.

Each Independent Massage Therapist has their OWN gift certificates as well that are available in- studio only. Each Therapist loves getting referrals from previous & current clients, and we would love it if you send your friends & family to us directly.

Holds the original purchase price value. If it is made out to a particular service (ie: 60 minute Swedish, 75 minute Couples, etc), should prices change at any time, The gift certificate is good for the amount of purchase price.

Must be present in order to redeem the value.

If purchasing for a Couple’s Massage, you must purchase 2. One for each Therapist. Purchasing 1 Couple’s massage certificate only applies to 1/2 the total service.

NON- refundable & not redeemable for cash

All appointments require a credit card to be on file, even if a client is coming in with a gift certificate/ card. The credit card will not be charged unless the client is a no-call/ no- show. Gift certificates are not applied to no- call/ no- shows.

Gift certificates and gift cards are valid for 4 years from the date of purchase.

Applies to services only. Not tips (unless specifically specified on the gift certificate/ card)

Transferable. But who wants to give away their gifted massage?!

Over the phone- Please let the person know about your condition, and we can determine which service will best fit your needs.

Online- There is a “notes” section where you may list any questions for the Therapist. In addition, there is a place on the intake form that asks if you are under the supervision of another Health Care Provider (HCP) and if you have any “contradictions”. Please list / describe all your details there. If you think that your Therapist may feel uncomfortable working on such, please submit a Doctor’s note prior to your massage.

  2. Turn on Maurice Dr, make the 2nd left to turn into the rear parking lot behind the buildings (Rock Spring West business center on your left).
  3. We are the middle unit & our door is on the side (of Jarrettsville Builders).

YES! We are always looking for the best massage therapists. We are all independent but we work great as a team.
