4-Hand Massage

During a 4- Hand massage massage, one person is massaged with two therapists at the same time. You get twice the bodywork in the same amount of time. The practice involves synchronized technical massage movements where both therapists apply the same amount of pressure and pace on both sides of the body (left and right), which increases the level of relaxation and massage benefits.
